BUILDING - This unit is located within the Promise Land Cottage Community - Guests may enter through either the back door (where the parking lot is located) or the front door BEACH GEAR - There is an external closet that contains all of our beach gear that you may use during your stay. - That code will be sent 24 hours prior to check-in CHECK-IN TIME 4 pm CHECK-OUT TIME 10 am UNIT ACCESS - The unit is equipped with a keyless entry - A code will be sent to you 24 hours prior to check-in PARKING - There is parking for 2 cars in the back of the property - There are free street parking spots available on a first come first serve basis. TRASH AND MAINTENANCE - Trash cans are located on the back side of the building. - If there are any maintenance requests during your stay, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate you! We have local team members on-site that can be available to assist.
